Change of Koyo Individual and Carton boxes for Ball Bearing Units
JTEKT has extensively been working on the improvement of the Koyo product packaging. Our product packaging helps us to ensure that our bearings are well protected during all transits and arrive in top condition at the end-user.
The packaging offers also an opportunity to positively impact our brand’s image. Therefore we are pleased to inform you that we are gradually introducing new individual and carton boxes for our Ball Bearing Units range in the distribution market for the month of February.

Lexus LC 500 see through model at the 67th IAA Frankfurt Motorshow
During the 67th IAA Frankfurt Motorshow JTEKT Corporation presented its latest technology developed for the Lexus LC500.
JTEKT is supplier of systems and components in the following areas: DRIVE LINE (Torsen Type B, Drive shafts), STEERING (collapsible manual column, intermediate shaft and rack parallel EPS), CHASSIS (front- and rear wheel hub unit), TRANSMISSION (several NRB’s), ENGINE (water pump and idler pulley) and ALTERNATOR (2 shaft bearings).

Un cuscinetto a rulli conici contiene al suo interno rulli a sezione tronco-conica, inseriti tra la coppa (anello esterno) ed il cono (anello interno), guidati lungo il bordino posteriore della pista interna.
Essi hanno elevata capacità radiale ed assiale per applicazioni a velocità intermedia. Sono disponibili a singola, doppia e quadrupla fila. I cuscinetti a singola fila hanno una capacità assiale normalmente pari al 60% di quella radiale. Quelli a doppia fila hanno una maggiore capacità radiale e possono sopportare carichi assiali in entrambi i versi: le generatrici delle linee di contatto dei rulli con le piste possono convergere sull’asse di rotazione (montaggio delle file a O, altrimenti detto indiretto) – nel qual caso aumenta la rigidità del supporto dell’albero – oppure divergere (montaggio delle file a X, altrimenti detto diretto). I cuscinetti a doppia fila possono venire forniti con anello esterno doppio e due anelli interni singoli (montaggio a O), oppure alternativamente con anello interno doppio e due anelli esterni singoli (montaggio a X). I cuscinetti a rulli conici a 4 file si ottengono alternando file di rulli con generatrici convergenti e divergenti
